Although reservations are not required, they are strongly recommended for motorists. Customers will therefore have to pay the cost of their passage at the ferry's ticket office during the crossing, as before the pandemic - whether or not they have reserved their place on board by calling the ferry.
You can reserve your spot by calling the reservations office toll free at 1 877 787-7483. The reservations office is open 7 days a week, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can make your reservation up to 3 months in advance and up to 3 hours before departure.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
For vehicles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles and ATVs: a deposit of $ 20 will be taken from the credit card at the time of reservation by phone or on site. Possibility of cancellation with refund of the deposit until 3:00 p.m., the day before departure.
For trucks, truck-trailers, buses and machinery: a deposit of $ 75 will be taken from the credit card at the time of reservation by phone or on site. Possibility of cancellation with refund of the deposit until 3:00 p.m. two days before departure.
