Matane–Baie-Comeau–Godbout Ferry

CREDIT TO AFFECTED CLIENTS

The Société des traversiers du Québec (STQ) is happy to announce that the mailing of the Matane's ferry service's credits is now complete. Please note, these credits were sent to clients directly affected by the cancellation of one or multiple crossings for which the STQ was unable to provide alternatives and which were covered during the eligibility periods indicated below. 

 

For customers with a vehicle

Eligibility: Having made the reservation of a crossing which was canceled during one of the periods during which the STQ did not offer an adequate maritime service for passenger vehicles.

Periods without sea service for passenger vehicle:

  • January 3 to 7, 2019
  • February 1 to 13, 2019
  • February 25 to March 7, 2019
  • March 17 to April 14, 2019

Credit offered: amount equivalent to the amount of their reservation(s) canceled, encoded on a plastic card. 

Please note, the credit will expire March 31st 2020.

For customers with a corporative account

Eligibility: Having made the reservation of a crossing which was canceled during one of the periods during which the STQ did not offer an adequate maritime service for commercial vehicles.

Period without maritime service for commercial customers:

  • December 19, 2018 to January 7, 2019
  • February 12 and 13, 2019
  • February 25 to March 1, 2019
  • March 5 to 7, 2019
  • March 17 to 20, 2019
  • March 24 to 27, 2019
  • March 30 to April 3, 2019
  • April 7 to 10, 2019
  • April 14, 2019

Credit offered: amount equivalent to the amount of their reservation (s) canceled.

Corporate clients has been contacted by STQ staff and a credit equivalent to their reservation(s) canceled has been credited to their account.
